How does the free tier reset?

Every account receives 1,000 free calls per calendar month on the Developer plan. The allowance resets automatically on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC, and unused calls do not roll over to the next month.

How is overage billed?

Once your monthly allowance or usage credit is consumed, additional calls are billed pay-as-you-go at each model's published per-unit rate. On the Professional plan your $29 credit is applied first, then usage beyond the credit is invoiced at standard rates.

How do tokens and calls convert for LLM pricing?

Language and embedding models are billed per 1M tokens rather than per call. As a planning figure we assume one call at roughly 800 tokens, but your actual invoice is based on the exact token counts returned by the API, not on call volume.

Can I pay by invoice, and in which currency?

Yes. Self-serve plans are billed by credit card in USD. Enterprise customers with a signed agreement can be invoiced monthly in MYR or USD via bank transfer on NET-30 terms.

Where is my data stored and processed?

All inference runs on PARROTSIGHT-operated infrastructure in Malaysia and Singapore. Payloads are never used for training, and retention is configurable down to zero for eligible Enterprise workloads under a PDPA-aligned data processing agreement.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the console billing page. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access to your remaining allowance until then, and there are no cancellation fees.
